I never received a One-Time-Passcode (OTP) via SMS (text)

 

Answer: Please note that if an OTP via SMS does not show up within 60 seconds, there is an option to resend the OTP. If this happens a 2nd time after another 60 seconds, there is again an option to resend the OTP. If the OTP via SMS does not show up a 3rd time after an additional 60 seconds, please check your carrier network and ensure that incoming texts (SMS) are active for your number under current device settings. 

 

If multiple OTP requests have been received in a short window from the same account, the account will be locked for a 4-hour period to guard against spam and/or fraud.

 

The OTP I received doesn’t work.

 

Answer: The OTP should work. Please ensure you entered it correctly or check your internet connectivity. 

 

  • If the OTP fails 5 times, the account will be locked out for 3 hours.
  • If the OTP fails another 5 times, the account will be locked out for 12 hours.
  • If the OTP fails another 5 times, the account will be permanently suspended.

My coupons aren’t showing up.

 

Check your internet connectivity and hit the ‘Tap to Reload’ button. If this doesn’t work please submit a query below. 

 

Please note: If the coupon was never sent to the app, the app won’t be able to see it. Please contact the issuing brand or coupon provider. 

 

I’m having display issues inside the app.

Answer: Hit the ‘Tap to Reload’ button. If this doesn’t work please submit a query below. 

 

I don’t see a QR code for coupon redemption.

 

Answer: Please check to see if there’s an internet connectivity issue. If not, please hit the ‘Tap to Reload’ button. 

 

If the code still isn’t visible, please check to see if there is a barcode and/or fetch code available for offer redemption. Both alternatives can be used at the point of sale. If you do not see these options, please submit a query below.

 

I don’t see any codes for coupon redemption.

 

Answer: Please check to see if there’s an internet connectivity issue. If not, please hit the ‘Tap to Reload’ button. If this does not work, please submit a query below.

 

I’m not able to redeem a coupon at the point of sale.

 

Answer:

  • Please check to see if the right coupon is being presented at the point of sale.
  • If that’s not the issue, please check to see if your item is eligible for redemption with the presented coupon.
  • If the issue still persists, please submit the unique Coupon_ID with the corresponding query below. If you have a receipt scan image, please submit that as well. 

 

I’m not receiving any app notifications.

 

Answer: Potential issues could include: notification settings on your phone, internet connectivity, phone needs a restart. If none of these work please submit a query below.

 

Coupons take too long to show as redeemed.

 

Answer: We suggest you wait for 30 – 60 seconds before you can see the redemption acknowledgement on the app after you have redeemed the coupons. However, in case you don’t want to wait, the coupons will be redeemed anyway and will reflect in the Status screen.
